Recently, Forbes released the 2018 Global Technology 50 Women's List, into which our alumna Zhu Jinli was selected as one of the two outstanding women from China.
Zhu Jinli graduated from the Department of Applied Mathematics of SCU in 1997 and obtained the degree of FMBA at the University of Manchester. Her educational background in applied mathematics and computer science has laid a solid foundation for her work in AI and blockchain. Now, her investment company is focused on AI, blockchain and energy, and she is also a founding member of the World Economic Forum's Blockchain Committee. In addition, she is a consultant of the HBO show "Silicon Valley".
In 2013, she was awarded the title of “Global Young Leader”, the list of whom is reportedly selected once a year to recognize the most outstanding leaders under 40 years old worldwide. The selection criteria include: the outstanding achievements, leadership experience, ability to overcome difficulties, and contributions to society.
